He has tried high stakes and complex cases over his career, including matters involving trust and estate disputes, employment, homeowner and consumer protection, construction, business and commercial matters, land use, and other complex controversies. Michael pairs his experience and skill in advocacy with a devotion to client-centered service.

Mary Margaret Thacker
Mary Margaret Thacker has been practicing law since completing her clerkship for the Honorable Circuit CourtJudges of Rockingham County in 2022. That experience prepared her for her different types of cases and clients.
Mary Margaret Thacker has been practicing law since completing her clerkship for the Honorable Circuit Court Judges of Rockingham County in 2022. That experience prepared her for different types of cases and clients. She also brings with her varied experiences during law school, including a judicial internship in the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Mary Margaret earned her law degree, cum laude, with a Family Law Concentration and became a member of the Order of the Barristers upon graduation for her excellence in trial advocacy. She is a passionate litigator who prioritizes empathy in her effort to provide trauma-informed representation.
